| Ningbo Dongxiong Mould & Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd is a technological enterprise specialized in mould making, plastic products, auto electrical switch etc. Covering an area of 20000 square meters, the company has about 150 employees at present. Its fixed assets have exceeded RMB15, 000,000.The main equipments we now use include America Jestine Louis Three-dimentional Measuring Device, America FADAO Mould Tools Processing Center, Swiss Xiamir CNC Electric Discharge Machines, CNC EDM Wire-cutting Machines and Haitian brand 100g-2000g Injection Machine. Our company insists on a developing way with its motto, Low cost, High Quality and High Efficiency . In 2000, we obtained the ISO9001 Certification; and this year QS9000 System was also introduced.
Up to now, the company has opened a series of copier moulds for Japan Minolta and Xerox Corp. Presently, we are developing the inner decorations in the instrument panel for Mazda auto. In addition, we have been having long-termed cooperation on mould developing with Japan MAKINO, Shanghai Jingsuo, Suzhou Abroad Groups, etc.
As for the Electrical Appliances, we have become supplier to MITSUBISHI H.I. and NOHMI SECOM, and have helped Chongqing Chaoli Auto Part Co. develop the air conditioner control panel and the assembly, which are used in the SAIC-CHERY autos S11 and B11. We have developed about 10 kinds of switches for Chang'an Co., and Chang'an SUZUKI; also we have begun the cooperation with Chang'an Ford Co. about the auto electrical appliance. For the moment, we are trying to expend the cooperation with more professional companies abroad, so as to improve our product developing and administration standard |
